This includes areas such as Strategic Planning, Field of Membership expansion, CDFI certification, and CDFI grant writing (FA, TA) for both emerging and certified CDFIs.

25 Years Strategy & Business Plan Experience

Sue’s mission to innovate for impact has been a common theme throughout her 25-year career. Operating with a general manager’s mindset, Sue thrives to find new ways to grow businesses and brand relevance by focusing on the top levers that deliver the greatest results. Prior to joining Your CU Partner as Strategic Consulting Officer, she worked at global organizations such as Nestle, Avery Dennison and Experian. She built annual business plans, growth strategies, and new products/initiatives that were adopted globally. Specific to credit unions, she developed Experian’s first-ever credit union vertical go-to-market plan and the organization’s overarching B2B financial inclusion strategy across business units, becoming the internal expert on CDFI. A dynamic speaker, Sue has presented to credit union executives at national and regional events including those run by CUES, credit union leagues, and Inclusiv.
