Scott founded Your Credit Union Partner (YCUP) to help small and mid-sized credit unions grow, stay efficient, and serve more people. Today, he’s a trusted advisor to more than 200 credit unions nationwide.
Known for his straight talk and big heart for the movement, Scott has written hundreds of articles for CUInsight, serves as a correspondent covering banking and related financial topics, and is a frequent speaker at credit union conferences. His passion is simple: helping credit unions stay strong, relevant, and true to their mission.
Alison is a community development expert and culture builder who has dedicated her career to strengthening credit unions and the people they serve. With experience ranging from state and national trade associations to local credit unions, she’s guided organizations through business development, DEI initiatives, and strategic growth.
A global credit union leader and educator, Alison is also known for her ability to bring people together with empathy, clarity, and purpose. She believes that when leaders live their values, cultures thrive.
Tom has spent his career championing small credit unions. Before joining YCUP, he led small credit union initiatives at CUNA and America’s Credit Unions, working to give local institutions the tools, resources, and community they need to succeed.
With a background in communications and advocacy, Tom blends strategic insight with a deep belief in the role credit unions play in strengthening communities. He’s passionate about helping credit unions turn challenges into opportunities for growth and impact.
